Safeguarding

Safeguarding is at the forefront of our work. The safety of the children in our care is our number one priority. We follow the safer recruitment process, adopt the young person’s start model, and incorporate the Children’s Homes Regulations guidance into our daily work. We also carry out robust risk assessments covering home, location, child-focused, and external factors. Our risk management process is dynamic and updated every week. This is linked to a weekly home action plan for staff to implement.
